It’s with regret we announce the passing of Rudolph Valentine Archibald aka Lucky formerlyof Wellington Road and Parsons Village but who resided in St. Thomas USVI. He was called home to glory on Sunday 25th, August 2019 at the age of 72 years.
The funeral service of the late Rudolph Valentine Archibald will be held in St. Thomas on Friday 13th, September 2019
