The Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Limited (4Cs) is a technology and e-Payments processing company operating in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. The Corporation is a 24/7 operation with a team of approximately 50 employees, providing services across the Caribbean Region.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of ACCOUNTS CLERK
REPORTS TO: Finance Manager.
JOB SUMMARY: To provide support to the Accounts Department.
This position is designed to support the Accounts Department, with the primary responsibility for assisting with both clerical and administrative tasks. Additionally, this person will be required to take care of basic departmental tasks such as keeping financial records updated, filing, research, as well as the resolution of discrepancies related to any of the tasks performed. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the department’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Reconciling bank statements
• Collection and tracking of invoices along with the preparation of vendor payments
• Preparation of receipt vouchers to record payments received
• Preparation of monthly accrual journal entries
• Preparation of monthly prepayment journal entries
• Preparation of monthly deferred revenue journal entries

HOURS OF WORK
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Five (5) CXC or GCE O’Level subject passes, including English, Math and Accounts
• Associate’s Degree or other relevant certification (Level One ACCA would be an asset)
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the area of Accounting

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
