This position is for a Retail Sales associate at the Four Seasons Nevis with a new company that is well established in high end hospitality.
- There are two retail spaces on property that the associates will rotate between - an ethical fashion boutique and a gift shop.
- The position requires you to have a positive contagious attitude, a desire to have constant and never ending improvement, integrity, teamwork, be humble, and be open to learning.
- This is NOT a position for someone that just expects to be a cashier. This position requires a high level of service and education about the products that we will teach you to best serve the guests on property.

Responsibilities:

. Enhance storytelling experiences using multimedia tools, props, and visual aids to create a visually stimulating environment
. Consistently strive to meet or exceed daily sales targets through proactive engagement with customers, effective product presentation, and persuasive selling techniques
. Address customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs
. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently, processing sales transactions, handling payments, and issuing receipts with precision
. Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience
. Invite customers to leave reviews on TripAdvisor/Google and explore our website, promoting engagement and loyalty
. Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and changes within the company to effectively incorporate them into your storytelling
. Facilitate Information flow efficiently and accurately using email, and WhatsApp. Ensure timely communication with teams and clients for ordering, questions, updates, and follow-ups
. Conduct monthly physical counts of merchandise, comparing them to system records to identify discrepancies and report
. Participate in weekly training sessions to refine storytelling techniques and enhance product knowledge, contributing to continuous improvement
. Ensuring shelves are fully stocked and promptly restocked after every sale, while optimizing the organization of displays and storage areas
. Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization according to the store cleaning SOP, ensuring that all areas are tidy, well-maintained, and adhere to company standards
. Remain updated on new procedures and changes in company policies. Embrace openness to new changes, aiming to optimize company operations and enhance overall effectiveness
