It is not only the Federation’s democracy that Dr. Douglas is wreaking havoc on, he is also wreaking havoc on the Federation’s finances. Dr. Douglas has a toxic mind as evident by the things he says; therefore, only toxicity can emanate from his mouth. He is void of any humanity and does not appreciate anyone; he only tolerates people. He is incapable of containing his egotistical, narcissistic behavior. It must be Christmas sports time or Dr. Douglas must be practicing for a Comedy Central show after leaving office. This is a guy who has employed every Poli-trick in the book to try and stay in power, and has the nerve to call Dr. Harris power hungry. Dr. Douglas has even frustrate and procrastinate on MONC because he fears that he may lose power. So when you point finger, there are more fingers pointing back at you.

I worked in a factory like that In Manhattan, NY for three years. It is hard work and you cannot leave the line unless someone replaces you.
