Article: ec$26 million for new sporting facility and upgrades

Comment:

I support you Honorable Phillip 100% because I have met you and you are approachable and down to earth unlike some other MPs. So while this is commendable, the Government should look at Education and Health also. BHS is sickening the students and faculty, so the government should consider building a new school. Teacher cannot teach and students cannot learn in a sick environment. SIDF is busy at work for the next election.

Article: skn owns almost one quarter of eccu deposits

Comment:

All this talk and Federation is going into more and more debt. The next election is going to come down to what a fool believes. The voters are five years older and five years smarter. They are going to vote like they went to school and not vote like a fool. Before you vote; be wise and analyze.

Article: has min. skerritt resigned from cabinet?

Comment:

If the Honorable Skerritt resigns, it will mean that he finally found his intestinal fortitude and the courage to change the things that he can, and also found the wisdom to know the difference. It is time to abandon the Doug-tonic which has been sinking in a sea of financial red for almost 20 years.

Article: patches labels pm douglas a "compulsive liar"

Comment:

The evidence speaks for itself that Dr. Douglas is very good at making lie-monade. When he was in opposition he said that he will implement Integrity In Public life when he got into office; in 1999 he promised to reimburse citizens whose appliances got damage because of an electrical outage; in 2004 he said that he was not going to close the sugar factory

Article: nationals on the fence on minimum wage issue

Comment:

I hope it is not a barbwire fence because it will not turn out too good. If minimum wages go up 11% and electricity goes up 85%, and VAT is at 17%, do the math and tell me if the workers progressed economically or regressed with the 40 dollars. People want to live; not just exist.

Article: weapons found at cemss following threat against principal, deputy

Comment:

Honorable Bradshaw accurately predicted that people will begin to emulate what they see on TV; they are taking fantasy and changing it into reality. I can remember when the teachers and the clergy commanded utmost respect, but it seems like no one is exempted from crime anymore. It seems like progress in technology have led to regress in morality.

Article: police to clamp down on reckless motorists

Comment:

Some passenger bus drivers are very discourteous to their fellow bus drivers. Some of them block the exit lane as they try to pick up more passengers and would sometimes refuse to move until their bus is full. They should just pull on the side until they are ready to leave. Why not unite and not fight.

Article: nip says latest monc is of no consequence

Comment:

It seems like some have a serious case of political myopia. Do not take wrong and try to make it right. When common sense goes out the window, non-sense takes up residency. Be smart Mr. Glenroy Blanchette, think with your brain and not with your heart.

Article: minimum wage increase not enough says dr. harris

Comment:

We need a leader who promotes prosperity and not one who engages in demagoguery; a leader who advocates construction and not destruction; a leader who inspires and encourages the citizens to acquire, not a leader who talks about setting fire; a leader who loves them and not talk about burn them; a leader who sees the citizens as humans and not as hogs, so next election think or continue to sink.

Article: cic makes repeated calls for tabling of monc

Comment:

You are dealing with a partisan jelly fish. A couple days ago the speaker of the house in Trinidad n Tobago Parliament made a Government minister take back a negative comment that he made about the opposition leader, and the speaker of the house in Jamaica did something similar, but that will never happen in St. Kitts, because we have a Tommy tucker for a speaker.
