Comment: Sugar Mas was excellent. I and some friends who had not been there for carnival for a couple of years were elated at the level of activities, and the addition of Party Central. The few termites that were bent on eating away the sugar from Sugar Mas will not deter me from coming again. I am sure that law Enforcement will employ a more effective strategy to deal with these hooligans at future Sugar Mas.
