It’s with regret we announce the passing of Devis Isiah Manners of Pitcairn Street, Newtown. He was called home to glory on Tuesday 2nd, July 2019 at the age of 58 years.
The funeral service of the late Devis Isiah Manners will be held on Thursday 11th, July 2019 at the Wesley Methodist Church, Basseterre at 2 in the afternoon
