The Commonwealth Commission is inviting applications for two master/PhD/Research scholarships at a university in the United Kingdom.

The course of study can be one year taught masters courses, six months of clinical training in medicine or dentistry, doctoral degrees or up to three years and one year research on a split-site basis.  Applicants should have a first degree of a relevant postgraduate degree, be able to take up scholarship by October 2010, and return to their Commonwealth-member territory upon completion of course.

The Nomination deadline is December 31, 2009.  Applicants are asked to note that nomination by one’s country does not guarantee selection or placement. 

The Organization of American States is inviting applications for Doctorate scholarships in Business Administration, Anthropology, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, History, Engineering and Psychology.  The Programme of Study will take place at the Andes University at the Bogota Campus, Columbia, commencing January 2010.
