Invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of
 
General Manager
 
Requirements:
 
Must have College or University Degree and a minimum of five years Hotel Industry  Experience;
 
Must be able to provide leadership to each Department to achieve their goals and objectives;
 
Must have excellent time management skills and strong customer service and listening skills;
 
Must present quick and efficient problem solving skills;
 
Must have good knowledge of general business practices;
 
Must be knowledgeable in all Microsoft Applications  as well as inventory databases;
 
Must have the ability to work confidently on a wide variety of projects and lead by example to meet objectives;
 
Must have clearly demonstrated success in leading and directing the work of others collaboratively;
 
Must have the ability to work in a constantly changing, sometimes stressful, and always results-oriented environment;
 
Must be able to work with a team in a multi-cultural environment;
 
Must be hard working and well groomed;
 
Must present a criminal Record;
