Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Human Resources Manager.
Under the general direction of the Campus Administrator and Regional Director of Human Resources, this position serves as a strategic business partner to the campus providing oversight and vision for the overall administration, coordination, evaluation and management of the Human Resources function for staff. The Human Resources Manager sees to the delivery of quality services in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management as well as Organizational Development and Performance Management. The incumbent develops and implements the strategic plan with the campus leadership for the future of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or Psychology.
• At least 8 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills. Ability to relate and communicate with all levels of management. Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Display sound, dispassionate judgment at all time. Consistent attention to detail and follow-up. Must be a team-player, be flexible, and be a good listener with a high level of patience.
• Ability to manage sensitive, confidential issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Facilitation, mediation and interviewing skills.
