BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - A recent venture between SKNVibes and Cable and Wireless (C&W) has seen patrons in Anguilla benefitting from a faster and easier means of topping up their bMobile cellular phones.
Sometime yesterday [Sept. 9], the announcement was made which indicated that persons operating bMobile cellular phones with C&W Anguilla service could access bMobile Online Top Up service via https://www.sknvibes.com/topup, where a “safe, simplistic and user-friendly online experience” is guaranteed.
The simplicity of the the system was underscored by SKNVibes’ Chief Operations Officer (COO) Cliff Richards, who noted that each transaction encompasses three trouble-free steps which could be completed in a matter of seconds. He further noted that an area code, a mobile number, the amount of money one wishes to be placed on ones’ phone, and Visa or MasterCard information are the requirements, followed by a click of the “Top Me Up” button and the transaction is complete.
Richards also noted that the new venture makes provision for Anguillan customers to be a part of C&W Anguilla promotions.
“This new venture allows Cable and Wireless bMobile customers in Anguilla to be able to top up their phones on SKNVibes.com and be eligible for all promotions held by Cable & Wireless in Anguilla.”
SKNVibes’ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Stachio Williams, in his statement on the new relationship between C&W Anguilla and SKNVibes noted it is one that he is excited about and described it as a stimulus on the path to bigger and better things. While Williams did not let the ‘cat out of the bag’, he hinted that SKNVibes would shortly launch another service which is in keeping with the company’s policy of convenience.
“SKNVibes.com is a Caribbean leader in eCommerce services and this new partnership further enhances our services and creates a catalyst for a host of similar services, which will be rolled out throughout the Caribbean shortly. This initiative, of course, is a very exciting one as it offers bMobile customers extreme convenience. It is the first step to a more advanced process which we would be offering to our existing customers very shortly. It will be launched in St. Kitts firstly and then to the other Caribbean islands.”
Chief Executive, C&W Anguilla, Sutcliffe Hodge also provided comments on the new-found partnership and noted that it gives the company a “competitive advantage”.
“We are extremely excited about our latest Top Up service offering for bMobile that permits our customers to top up while travelling, living overseas and for local use – whether at work or at play – from the comfort of their office or home. Our new partnership with SKNVibes gives us the competitive advantage that lets us continually offer our customers the choices they deserve.”
