Following the recent adoption of the Ivor Walters Primary School, by the Clear Harbour Call Centre, Administrative Manager of the Centre Ms Fejona Herbert reports that the company believes in the development of the youths on the island.
She made the comment on Wednesday morning during a brief presentation ceremony at the school's compound to donate football gear to the school.  The school team which is presently participating in the primary school football league on the island has one girl on its side.

"Today I stand here very proudly representing Clear Harbour Nevis and the partnership that has been cultivated between Clear Harbour and the Ivor Walters Primary School," said Herbert. "We strongly support the growth and development of young people and also the marriage of sports and education."

She pointed out that the sponsorship of the Ivor Walters Primary School football team was just another way of demonstrating the company's commitment to the school and the Brown Hill community in general.

While presenting the donation to the principal of the school, Ms Herbert said, "It gives me great pleasure in handing over these uniforms and we trust and hope that this team will become the best in the primary school football league."

Principal Wakely Daniel accepted the gift on behalf of the staff and students of the school.  "It is indeed an honour and a privilege for me to accept these football uniforms from Clear Harbour," he commented.  'They have certainly been great benefactors to the school and these uniforms will not only help the children to look much better, but they will also help them to perform better and help to build their morals while on the field."

The principal reaffirmed to the official of the Call Centre that the school was well prepared and that they were certain of winning the competition.
