GENERAL OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Representative will assist Customers with any products/services needed and handles any Customer interactions for the Company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage with Customers and offer general assistance about items needed for purchase.
• Advise/instruct Employees on the best ways to handle Sales/Customers.
• Interface with Supermarket Management on Employees, product sales/promotions, and other operational matters.
• Organize department scheduling.
• Direct the coordination of the carry-out service for Customers with high volume and heavy purchases.
• Monitor the checkout stations to ensure all stations are properly staffed and Customer lines are moving swiftly.
• Monitor and approve all transaction overrides with the access key/card.
• Other duties which may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate degree in Business Management.
• 3 years’ working experience in a supervisory position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Great attention to detail.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Valid food handlers permit.
