CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – Information reaching this publication states that two men were killed and another seriously injured some time this afternoon (Apr. 25), following a shooting incident in Cotton Ground, Nevis.
Efforts to contact the police were futile, but additional information received states that the three men were transported to the Alexandra Hospital where two of them were pronounced dead.
The third shooting victim was said to be undergoing surgery at the time this information was received by this media house.
These deaths have taken to nine the number of homicides committed in the twin-island Federation for the year; five on Nevis and four on St. Kitts.
