McKnight man charged with building breaking
BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – A 74-year-old man, said to be a taxi operator, was charged with the offence of wounding with intent.
According to a police release, Calvin Dore of Buckley’s Housing Development was arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday (Jun. 20) following a stabbing incident that occurred on that day.
Earlier reports had indicated that the victim is Dore’s wife, who had suffered life-threatening injuries in the home she shared with him and is currently warded at the JNF General Hospital.
Meanwhile, police have reported that Curtis Isaac of McKnight was charged with building breaking and larceny.
Isaac allegedly committed the offences some time on Sunday night (Jun. 18) at Kings Pavilion Supermarket on Sprott Street, Basse5terre.
