    Basseterre, St. Kitts (November 4, 2005): A complete overhaul of Carnival is what Gus Williams new chairman of National Carnival promises for the December 17th to January 3rd event.
    These he referred to as key indicators of the improved carnival product.
     
    Cue In:          "Sponsorship for carnival this year has been &
    Cue Out:          &you enjoy yourself."
     
    Major sponsor for this year's Carnival Cable and Wireless handed a cheque of over E.C. $120,000 to the chairman today. Marketing Manager Patricia Walters expressed her company's support of National Carnival.
     
    Cue In:          "Cable and Wireless &
    Cue Out:          &we're gonna have a great carnival this year."
     
    A representative of V.I.P. Connected Entertainment explained that how carnival is packaged is what determines its success.
     
    Cue In:          "This year's carnival will be like none you've ever &
    Cue Out:          & as a stepping stone for what's to come."
     
    The promoter revealed some of the scheduled acts.
     
    Cue In:          "Denise Belfont will be here wining and bending &.
    Cue Out:          & we want to keep it strictly carnival."`
     
    The launch of official carnival promotions takes place November 4 at Independence Square.
