Charlestown, Nevis - “To accomplish anything, one must never give up in the face of obstacles or failures. Every great achievement was once considered impossible. Never consider the possibility of failure: as long as you persist, you will be successful.” This is the philosophy to which my personal existence is attributed.
I am seventeen year old Tamerelle Browne, ambitious and self driven, determined and respectful of life, and the challenges and opportunities that are aligned with life. I currently reside in the cultural, serene, fruitful and environmentally conscience village of Rawlins, Gingerland. My formal education began when I attended the Maude Smith Pre – School from 1994 – 1996. The furtherance of my education was at the Gingerland Primary School, a time spanning 7 years from 1996 – 2003. I was able to complete my secondary education at the Gingerland Secondary School from 2003 – 2008.
Through out my short life span I have enjoyed a few extra – curricular activities. I was fortunate to captain my school’s netball team while at Gingerland Secondary and also be the school’s student council PRO; I was also a youth parliamentarian for Nevis. All of these activities have helped to harness my leadership and oral abilities. Girls Brigade, dance, drama and junior fellowship at the Methodist church have all helped to shape and mould me.
As I have placed a slight pause on my education thrust for the time being, I have been fortunate to have had some work experience. I was previously employed at the Brown Hill Communications as a Customer Service Representative and at Hector and Associates as an Administrative Assistant. Presently I enjoy working at Digicel as a Sales and Service Representative. When I am not serving the Nevisian public at Digicel I am enjoy the fun and thrill of modeling, as I am currently a model for Prestige Modeling Agency.
My personality is one that is relaxed and comfortable. I believe in enjoying life but I am also very firm when required, jovial and courageous are some other traits I posses. I am of firm conviction, that I should live my life based on sound principles and moral guidelines which encompasses hard work, dedication, desire for success, fairness, open – mindedness and a respecter of life and all those who posses life. I also enjoy activities that develop and challenge my mental creativities; in addition I am a lover of reading and music. Spending time with friends and interacting with people is important to me as well.
My future ambition is to become a Sales and Marketing consultant. I am somewhat intrigued by the importance, interactive capabilities, power and uses of such a profession. The challenges and hard work vested in attaining this degree will help me to develop a great deal. Ultimately I will be able to offer sound advice to clients by sharing my learned expertise. I am hopeful that in time to come that I will be remembered as a trendsetter in this profession.
