Particpants at the TDC/Berger Paints (Barbados) Limited Product Seminar facilitated by Mr. Shawn Prescott, Berger Regional Sales Executive
The TDC Group of Companies and its regional partner, Berger Paints (Barbados) Limited recently hosted two separate Product Information Seminars, one on St. Kitts and the other in Nevis.
Over thirty (30) contractors, architects, painters, and home décor specialists, along with TDC Staff on both islands, attended the presentations which were facilitated by Mr. Shawn Prescott, Regional Sales Executive for the Paint Company.

Mr. Prescott gave an overview of how his Company has changed to meet the consumers' needs for new and improved products.  The highly interactive and informative sessions addressed many of the common problems and offered solutions related to surface preparation, sealants, etching, and sterilizing solutions, as well as, varnishes, stains, and adhesives.

He also disclosed that BERGER has now introduced a 100% acrylic 303 emulsion or water-based, environmentally-friendly, paint, which is now available in the Federation at the TDC Home and Building Depots. Further, all of the participants got the opportunity to view a mini-exhibit that featured product displays, colour swatches, samples, and literature.

The seminar was organized by both Companies (TDC and Berger) to give persons directly involved in the paint and construction field, a better understanding of the latest technologies being implemented across the market, and how the products can bring life and beauty to their projects.

Throughout the year, similar sessions have been conducted as part of an initiative by TDC to keep its many Clients/Customers informed about a number of subject areas such as, painting basics, tiling techniques, and basic electrical skills.
