Mr. Sheldon Henry and Ms. Marecia Pemberton, candidates for the upcoming Commonwealth Youth Forum 2018

    Basseterre, St. Kitts, 16th April, 2018 (Ministry of Youth): The Commonwealth Youth Forum provides an opportunity for the young people of the Commonwealth to build cross-cultural connections and networks, debate the challenges facing its young people, and agree youth-led initiatives to influence decision makers and ensure young people have a voice in its future.

     

    The Ministry of Youth with the Department of Youth Empowerment is pleased to announce that Sheldon Henry and Marecia Pemberton have been selected to take part in the upcoming Commonwealth Youth Forum 2018 to be held in London, England. 

    Mr. Sheldon Henry is currently employed with The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and holds a bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of the West Indies. Due to his passion for Diplomacy and International Affairs his goal is to aspire to become an ambassador for St. Kitts and Nevis one day.

    The Next candidate Ms. Marecia Pemberton is currently employed as an Independent Consultant at Social Impact and holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University. Ms. .Pemberton’s goal in life is to aid individuals in pursuing their own goals and ambitions. Her aim is to help as much person as she can because she was fortunate enough to have people point her in the right direction to achieve her goals throughout the years.
