On Thursday 01st November 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A breakfast meeting was held at Ocean Terrace Inn, to introduce the FranklinCovey internationally acclaimed leadership development solutions to leaders in the Public and Private Sectors of St. Kitts & Nevis under the theme “Creating a Winning Culture”.

The two and a half hour event, which highlighted four (4) FranklinCovey East Caribbean’s key leadership training programmes including the signature programme “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People 4.0” was attended by 36 managers / leaders from the private and public sectors, including, St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank, St. Kitts Public Service, St Kitts Electricity Company Ltd and Solid Waste Management Corporation.
Persons in attendance expressed great satisfaction with the quality of the programmes presented as they gleaned how impactful the programmes can be for managers and leaders both professionally and personally. It is anticipated that this meeting would fuel the discussions of how important it is for all leaders to engage in continuous development, acquire new skill sets, mind sets and tool sets in the quest to lead themselves, lead others and become leader of leaders.
