BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (MARCH 8TH 2004) – Several Canadians will be encouraged to invest in St. Kitts and Nevis when Prime Minister Dr. the Hon. Denzil L. Douglas addresses them on Monday evening.
Dr. Douglas will speak to the owners of the Perpetual Wealth Corporation which held their annual Shareholders Meeting at the Ocean Terrace Inn today.
Chairman Tim von Kaay has invited Prime Minister Douglas to speak on “Investment Opportunities in St. Kitts,” at the Chairman’s Dinner this evening “as some of the company’s shareholders are quite interested in this area.”
Perpetual Wealth Corporation has three subsidiaries, Perpetual Wealth Trust (St. Kitts) Ltd - a local trust company that provides offshore financial services; CCTransact – a credit card processing company and Global Call System – a call centre and telecommunications company. Global Call System bought the Call Centre which previously operated at Bird Rock.
