BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS: September 17, 2009 - LIME’s summer promotion has ended but memories of the fantastic prizes won by the customers will linger for a while. From clothing vouchers to cash, Nintendo wiis to cameras, petrol vouchers to school supplies, LIME customers were wowed by the incredible prizes which made this promotion the hit that it was.
The nine week promotion saw customers being randomly selected for prizes, having satisfied one of four qualifying criteria to share in the prize pool valued at EC$125,000. Carielle Claxton and Petra McSheen got the last two slices of the US$4500 cash pie, winning in weeks eight and nine of the promotion respectively. Elroy Rawlins may be trying his hand at his Nintendo wii, having been the fourth and final customer to win this gadget.
Similarly delighted, Louison Christopher would have expanded her wardrobe by $500 if she has redeemed her clothing voucher compliments Island Hopper. With gas prizes steadily rising, Shirmell Joseph would be thankful for the $150 petrol voucher which was presented to her a week ago.
Meanwhile, back to school worries were lessened when Nekesia Liburd collected her school supplies voucher just in time to pick up school materials for the new school year. Rounding up the list of winners was Francine Wyatt who won an Apple Itouch phone. She too has bragging rights as a new owner of a “cream of the portable-media-player crop.”
