Gay activists cause another show cancelation

By: Cherisse M. Sutton-Jeffers, SKNVibes

KINGSTON, Jamaica - ANOTHER Jamaican artiste, Elephant Man, is currently feeling the heat from gay activists as he recently had one of his performances cancelled.

Elephant Man had a show schedule in Germany for this week-end but promoters were forced to cancel due to pressure from gay rights groups.

The ‘Pon De River, Pon De Bank’ singer is also scheduled for a number of shows in France of which he is yet to know the outcome.

Just recently, Buju Bonton had a number of his shows cancelled in the US by gay activists as well.

Elephant man is known as the Energy god and has had hits including ‘Signal De Plane’, ‘Jook Gal’ and ‘No Linga’.

Elephant Man's music has brought a new innovative flavour to the dancehall. His free-spirited vibration leaves you eager to do nothing less than let loose and party, making it blatantly evident that his mission is to create energy infused music that everyone can enjoy.
