CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – THE Nelson Springs Beach Villa and Spa was the venue for a recent cocktail reception hosted by the establishment’s management in honour of its marketing representatives in Europe.
The reception took place on Thursday (Sept. 24) and, according to manager Jeanette Grell-Hull, the UK-based representatives of Savills were given the opportunity to meet with the “movers and shakers” of the financial industry.
Management is in the process of promoting Phase Two of the Nelson Springs Beach Villa and Spa which has already begun construction. Apart from Savills, the project is also being marketed by Elite Island Resorts of Florida to the American market.
According to Grell-Hull, Phase Two would be built on 3 000 square feet and would consist of 30 units featuring two and three bedrooms per unit.
Phase One has 24 units.
