    Steve Morris of St. Peters
    (Basseterre; St. Kitts) "
I told you so," said a smiling Steve Morris of St. Peters to one of his neighbors at an impromptu handing over ceremony of the Grand Suzuki Vitara. Morris was at his home earlier this morning at about 11:00 a.m. when Cable & Wireless executives arrived there with the jeep and keys.

Morris is the lucky winner of the bMobile with bMobile promotion done by Cable & Wireless that will award a lucky customer with a Grand Suzuki Vitara.

The promotion has been ongoing for the past three months where patrons were automatically entered into the raffle draw by topping up their pre-paid cell phones with over $25 in credit. Post-paid customers were automatically entered into the draw twice a month as draws were also made for Motorola Razr cell phones.

But the grand prize was the blue Suzuki Vitara that rested weeks after weeks at the Cable & Wireless Grounds that
caught the eye's of person's who passed by.

However Morris knew he would be holding the keys today.

"I told my wife the vehicle would be mine, a person must be positive in all you do," he said before neighbors, Cable & Wireless staff and media personnel. "Once you believe strongly in something it will happen."

Morris is employed as a Security Guard at the Air and Sea Port Authority and shares one daughter with his wife.

After winning the vehicle, and prompted by a question by Lavern Caines Vice President for Corporate Communications and Marketing at Cable & Wireless, St. Kitts-Nevis Ltd. Morris vows to be a Cable & Wireless customer forever.

Several minutes before Morris' name was announced a small ceremony was held at the Cable & Wireless Grounds at Needsmust.

Present at the ceremony was Minister of Security Dwyer Astaphan, Director of Avec Malcolm Knight, Acting Principal at Project Strong Michelle Gonzali and CEO of Cable & Wireless Patricia Walters.

A presentation was also made to Astaphan, Knight and Gonzali by Cable &
Wireless by Walters as apart of their continued support for the "Youth At Risk" Program.

Before the grand prize draw three lucky persons won one Razr cell phone each. They were Monica Daniel, Leroy Pemberton and Annessta Toussaint.

The draw of the winner was done via computer in the presence of the Auditors, and after the location of Morris was made where he was kept in suspense the Cable & Wireless officials journeyed to Morris' home.
