Reggae Sumfest slated for July 18-24

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - A packed entertainment line-up is being organised for the 17th  Annual Reggae Sumfest scheduled for July18-24 in Montego Bay, Jamaica under the theme “Greatest Reggae Festival on Earth”.
     
    Reggae Sumfest is a feast of parties and concerts, and according to a release from the organisers, they enjoyed record-breaking numbers last year. The line-up includes dancehall stalwarts Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Elephant Man, Mavado and Busy Signal.

     

    Additionally, the event will see international stars such as Ne-Yo, Keri Hilson, Jazmine Sullivan and Toni Braxton; Reggae favourites Queen Ifrica, Etana, Tarrus Riley, Jah Cure, and Morgan Heritage, and a rare performance by Inner Circle. 

     

    The buzz has already started as patrons speculate as to who would be among the other artistes on the 2010 line up
    The festival will kick off on July 18 with a Beach Party.

     

    According to the organisers, the annual event hopes to captivate thousands of tourists and Jamaicans alike who make the trek each year to participate in the activities. 

     

    Being the Mecca of Reggae music festivals, Sumfest Productions is looking to make this years’ Reggae Sumfest another one to remember.
