St. Kitts Tourism Authority
    Students on St. Kitts are being invited to participate in the 2006 FCCA- Foundation-Children's Essay Contest. Each student must submit one essay written in English, approximately 300-500 words in length, on the topic "Why should your destination be on a cruise ships' itinerary?"  Essays will be judged on content/subject, creativity, style/structure and grammar. 
     
    Each entry must be accompanied by the following information:
     
    -Country;
    -Name of Student;
    -Address of Student;
    -Student's date of birth;
    -Student's home telephone number;
    -Name of School;
    -Address of School;
    -Name of School Principal;
    -School telephone number.
     
    The essay contest will be conducted in two categories; a junior division for children ages 12 and under and a senior division for children 13-16 years.  The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner from each category will receive US$2,500, $1,500 and $1,000 respectively, with their schools receiving a monetary reward.
     
    Entries must be submitted to the St. Kitts Tourism Authority by June 27th, 2006.
