Former Permanent Secretary and former Supervisor of Elections, Mr. Eugene Petty, along with Mr. Dennis A. Smith (head of the team) and Ms. Mignon E. Bowen arrived at the Vere Cornwall Bird International Airport Monday morning, a report from Antigua said.
A six -member team from the Commonwealth was expected to arrive later Monday to observe the March 23rd poll.
