BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – WILLIAM GIFT a.k.a. Scudumba, a resident of Sandy Point who was sentenced to 18 months for having sexual intercourse with a Pig on July 1, is before the court again.

Gift is now facing charges of Causing Grievous Bodily Harm and Inflicting grievous Bodily Harm on Clyde Murray arising out of  incidents which allegedly occurred on February 28, 2008 in Sandy Point. Gift pleaded not guilty to both counts.

A date has not yet been set for his trial.

During the last assizes a 12-member jury found Gift guilty of the offence ‘Beastiality’ which was said to have occurred on December 25, 2009 in Sandy Point.

Gift was first told by former resident judge, Justice Francis Belle that he would impose a fine on him, however, Gift told the court that he would be unable to pay the fine.
