    CHARLESTOWN Nevis, January 12 2011 - Chief organizer of the Masters Parish league, Curtis Morton is indicating that all is set for the grand finals between St.Paul’s and St.James’  which is due to commence at 5pm this evening at the Ramsbury grounds.

     


    The match will feature some of Nevis’ top cricketers of former years like Stuart Williams; Merlin Liburd; Carl Tuckett, Winston Sutton; Wendell Wallace and the like.

     


    Immediately after the match, the closing exercises will be held and chief sponsor, Nevis Multi line will be on hand to hand over cheques as follows:

     


    500.00 EC to the winning team
    300.00 EC to the second placed team
    200.00 EC to the MVP of the tournament

     


    Ms Marsha Lindo, Marketing Executive Officer at DIGICEL—the bigger, better network, will also be on hand to present the bowler with the most wickets and the batsman with the most runs with mobile phones.

     


    According to Morton, it’s only for the weather to play its part.  The weather has been a major factor in the extension of the tournament into the New Year.
