BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE Movado Model Agency will be hosting a Casting Call for models to participate in its ninth annual fashion event dubbed ‘Jungle’.
According to Jason Amory, CEO and model trainer of Movado Model Agency, he is looking for male and female models and interested models are asked to attend the Casting Call scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at Carnival Village on Thursday, January 19.
Amory said the models chosen would be a part of his exciting fashion event that would be held in October.
“The female models are asked to walk with heels while the male models will have to come and present themselves,” he explained.
Last October, during Tourism month, Amory hosted a successful fashion event dubbed
‘Colours’ that featured over 20 local models showcasing designs from Brown Sugar, Petal Designs, Irie Lioness Designs and more.
The models were joined by those from the Thoroughbred group and past Classique models of which Amory was a part.
Amory stated that his agency has been around for 10 years and he has been modelling for over two decades. His modelling career started with Classique Model Agency which was the brainchild of his friend, Angela Benjamin.
The audience was pleased with the well-choreographed routines and Amory was applauded for hosting a great show.
