By: Curtis Morton, Press Release

CHARLESTOWN Nevis, March 2nd 2011 - Nevisian speedster and Leeward Islands under 19 captain and allrounder, Adelvin Phillip, caught a late Ferry to St.Kitts last evening to join his counterparts as part of the ICC cricket development seminar which officially commences today in Basseterre, St.Kitts.

The other young cricketers arrived in St.Kitts much earlier yesterday but Phillip received special permission to join them a bit late due to the fact that he was supervising the annual sports meet at the Elizabeth Pemberton Primary School, as Coach of the school.

When contacted late last evening Phillip indicated that the formal sessions will commence today but last evening was mainly spent in dealing with introductions..  He stated that he was settling in nicely and was looking forward to learning quite a lot during the 10 to 15 days duration of the seminar which is organized by the Sagicor High Performance center in Barbados.
