KINGSTON Jamaica, March 22nd 2011 - LIME has achieved Platinum Partner Status from Avaya - a global leader in enterprise communications systems, software and services - under Avaya’s Connect Partner Program.
This accreditation means that LIME is able to supply its customers with business communication solutions built based on the following Avaya Products: Avaya SME, unified communications and data solutions as well as to provide sales support with accredited engineers.
To achieve its Avaya Platinum Partner Status accreditation, LIME invested in an on-going international training programme for its operations and support staff. This continues to ensure that LIME staff is qualified to deliver and support all Avaya SME, unified communications and data solutions. In addition, LIME has refreshed its Avaya portfolio and invested in exciting new demonstration capabilities for its customer showcases.
To date, LIME is the first and only Avaya Platinum Channel Partner in the following countries of the Caribbean: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines and Turks & Caicos.
In recognition of LIME achievement, Avaya’s Regional Senior Management Team presented a plaque to representatives from LIME’s Executive Team at LIME’s Head Office in Kingston, Jamaica.
