ROADTOWN Tortola, BVI, April 5th 2011 - Promoter of the event Neil Blyden told reporters at a press conference today, Tuesday April 5, 2011 that through his connections he was able to afford the artistes who will be performing for half their fees.

Dubbed “Stars on the beach”, he revealed that the complete line-up will be announced shortly.

He hinted that due to the impressive line-up, the cost of the tickets might be a little more. Furthermore, the three-day event will be held in the enclosed area on the beach.
