    CHARLESTOWN Nevis, April 13th 2011 - Nevis’ Cricket Chief Ronald Powell yesterday indicated that everything is pretty much in place for this year’s hosting of the annual Cricket Coaching festival, which has become a regular feature of the Nevis Cricket Associatioon’s calendar.

     


    According to Powell, the Coaching festival will be held on Saturday April 23rd   at the ET Willet Park and will feature the usual huge number of local Coaches but additionally this year, two former West Indies players will join in the coaching of the youngsters. They are: Kenneth Benjamin, fast bowler out of Antigua and Junior Murray, wicketkeeper out of Grenada.

     


    Powell noted that these two players should add significantly to the success of the Coaching festival as they were both very good in their chosen areas of the game.

     


    Powell is also hoping that he will receive the usual support out of St.Kitts with the likes of Keith Arthurton, Luther Kelly, Noel Guishard, Virgil Newton, Victor Eddy and Livingstone Sargeant, expected to make the day trip over.  He further appealed to all persons who have represented Nevis at one point or another, to be a part of the day of coaching.

     


    Individuals between the ages of 10 and 30 are especially invited to be a part of the Coaching festival.
