Coach Kurvin Wallace
By: Curtis Morton, Press Release

CHARLESTOWN Nevis, April 14th 2011 - The two champion schools emerging from the recent 2011 Inter Primary schools’ championships dubbed ‘the mini Olympics’, will be celebrating in style just one day apart from each other.

A division champions and overall champions, the Joycelyn Liburd Primary School (JLP) will have a motorcade later today climaxing with a grand party at the school.  Victorious Coach, Kurvin Wallace, yesterday indicated that the motorcade will start at the school grounds at 4pm today and head towards Charlestown via Market shop.  The vehicles will proceed down Main Street in Charlestown, circle around by the Nevis Cultural Center, back through Main Street Charlestown and back to the school via the main road.

Meanwhile, B Division champions, St.James’ Primary will celebrate in similar fashion tomorrow Friday 15th April.  According to Headmistress Mrs. Janice Richards, the motorcade will travel from the school grounds at 10 am, upwards and throughout the Butlers community, back onto the Main road, via Brickkiln and on towards Charlestown.  The vehicles will drive through Main Street Charlestown and make a U turn at Reliable Motors, back through Main Street Charlestown and on towards main Sponsor, Oualie Beach hotel, where the celebrations will climax with a grand Beach-nic.

Both Coach Wallace and Headmistress Richards share the common view that the children deserve the opportunity to celebrate in style after putting in the hard work to achieve success.
