    Michelle Weekes-Benjamin
    (Basseterre; St. Kitts):
    Coy "Red Rat" Jeffers of New Road Housing is the fourth person arrested and charged with for the murder of Michelle Weekes-Benjamin. Jeffers was arrested on Friday Nov. 10.
     
    Weekes-Benjamin was reported missing on Monday Oct. 30 when she failed to show up at her workplace at the St. Kitts-Nevis Anguilla National Bank situated at the Pelican Mall in Basseterre.
     
    Her body was found two days later in a septic tank situated in a building under construction on Rosemary Lane.
     
    On Saturday Nov. 4 police arrested and formerly charged Weekes-Benjamin's husband and brother in-law, Leroy Benjamin Jr. and William "Willy" Benjamin respectively with the murder.
     
    Further investigations also led to the arrest of Sherwin "Squeaky" George of Hyliger Alley, Fort Street.
     
    Acting Commissioner Meredith Charles said that as investigations continue and as they unearth evidence in the matter they may make more arrests.

    Jeffers, in 2002 was arrested along with William Benjamin and others for the murder of David "Grizzly" Lawrence.
