On Friday 1st December 2006 at the Basseterre Magistrate's Court, the following cases were heard and verdicts handed down:
1.Lindsay Grant of Sir Gillies, and Shawn Richards of SandyPoint charged with, Obstruction,ommitted on 16/6/04, were convicted and fined $1000.00 payable in one (1) week or in default one (1) Month imprisonment.
2.Shawn Richards charged with, Willfully remaining in a road to wit Church Street, in a manner likely to cause obstruction to persons driving vehicles on the said road, committed on 16/6/04, was convicted, and reprimanded and discharged.~~Adz:Right~~
3.The charges against Chesley Hamilton of Borough, committed on 16/6/04 and 16/7/04, were dismissed.
4.The other charges against ShawnRichardsSandyPoint and Lindsay Grant of Sir Gillies, committed on 16/6/04 and 16/7/04, were dismissed.
