     - First and second year students at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC), the Sixth Form at the Charlestown Secondary School and Fifth formers at high schools in the twin-island Federation have been invited by Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas to be his special guest at "The Drifters in Concert" on Sunday 7th January.

The United States-based pop band, which performs at the Sixth Annual Prime Minister's New Year's Gala on Saturday 6th January at the Grand Ballroom at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort, will put on the live concert for the St. Kitts and Nevis students. The Drifters is the longest running and most successful band in pop history and the greatest vocal group of all time.

The concert for the students will be held at the Auditorium of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB).

"I have long felt that you, our young people are our most precious resource and that it is you who will dictate the direction that our country will take," said Prime Minister Douglas in his personal letter to the students.~~Adz:Right~~
