    (Charlestown; Nevis): Last Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007 a motor accident in the vicinity of TDC Home Depot at Pinney's Estate sent one man home with critical injury resulting in stitches to his nose and at the side of his right eye.
     
    The accident occurred at about 1:50 p.m. near the Craft House involving motor pickup PA 3958 owned and driven by Terrance Thompson and truck PA 1913 owned by TDC and driven by Sylvester Smith of Craddock Road. ~~adz:Left~~
     
    According to police reports motor pickup PA 3958 was traveling in a southward direction from Cotton Ground to Charlestown and motor truck PA 1913 was heading into the TDC compound.
     
    The driver of the motor truck turned right at the junction for the island main road thus colliding with the pickup PA 3958.  Both vehicles were extensively damaged. 
     
    One unnamed passenger traveling on the back of the motor pickup suffered extensive injuries to his face. He was treated at the Alexandra Hospital and discharged the same day.  He sustained five stitches in his nose and two stitches at the side of his right eye.
     
    Further, on Saturday an accident occurred at Lower Prince Williams Street at about 10:15a.m. involving motor truck P 4388 owned by Sol Oil Company and driven by Denrick Walters of Boyds Village St. Kitts and motor car P2528 owned by Hasper Browne of Brown Hill. ~~adz:Right~~
     
    The driver of the truck started up the truck at the company gate and went into the office. While in the office the truck ran off and collided into a car P2528 parked on the opposite side of the road.
     
    There were no human injuries, however the car was extensively damaged.
