    Two of the Accused who appeared in Court.
    (Basseterre; St. Kitts):  There were several cases brought before the Basseterre High Court of Justice on Tuesday Jan. 9 that were traversed matters from previous assizes.
     
    Among those cases were the case of Jerome Herbert who was charged with two counts of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge of a girl under the age of 15.  The crime was allegedly committed between March 15 and 16 of 2006 at St. Peters Village.  Herbert had previously plead not guilty and will have his case tried on Jan. 22. 
     
    Shinnel Bass who was charged with Obtaining Money by False Pretence, Forged Documents and Forgery of Valuable Security will have her case heard before the court on Jan. 30.
     
    Glen Pemberton made appearance in court answering charges for Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm upon another person.  His case will be heard on Feb 1.
     
    Steve Isaac, Melvin Liburd, Jermaine Williams and Craig Hamilton, the four men who are facing a murder charge will have their case heard Jan. 29.
     
    Vernon Brown was charged with Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and will appear before the court to have his case tried on Jan. 16.

    Zephaniah Calbourne will have his case heard on Jan 23, as he will hear evidence brought against him by the DPP for an Unlawful Carnal Knowledge matter.
     
    Robert Farrel and David Lowrie will both appear before the court to answer charges of Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding.  Their case will be heard on Jan. 18.
     
    James Weeks who previously plead guilty to Indecent Assault will have his case heard on Jan. 25.  Appearing on Jan. 25 will also be Arthur Galloway who will answer charges of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge.  Alfonso James Rape and Unlawful Carnal Knowledge case will be heard on Feb. 1. 
     
    Valerie Nisbett-Mills who has been charged with four counts of 'Obtaining Money by False Pretence' will have her case heard on Jan. 30, while Malcomeson Newman will have his case for Indecent Assault heard on Jan. 29.
     
     Keithson Grant will also have his case heard for Indecent Assault on Jan. 23, while Sylvester Kelly who was charged with Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding will have his case heard on Jan. 16.
     
    Lenford Gumbs who was previously charged and plead not guilty to Attempted Murder, Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding will have his cases heard on Jan. 15, while Kurt Guitierrez will have his Indecent Assault case heard on Jan. 31.
     
    Orlanderson Selkridge, Akeel Glasgow and Clevorn Desouza were jointly charged with Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding and will appear before the court on Jan. 15 when their case will be heard.
     
    Philmore Seaton a.k.a. Kiddie is facing charges of House Breaking, Larceny and Receiving and will have his case heard on Jan. 17. ~~adz:Right~~
     
     
    Facing Attempted Murder charges, Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding is Darnelle Govia; his case will be heard on Feb. 7.
     
    Shaweed Williams and Kenya Francis were both charged for Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding which occured in 2001 and they will have their case heard on Jan. 24.  
     
    Ashton Williams is facing charges of Burglary, Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding that will be heard on Feb. 8.
     
    Harvey Liburd will appear in court on Feb. 7 when his case for Indecent Assault will be heard, while Anthony Phillip who has been charged with Causing Grievous Bodily Harm and Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm will also appear on Feb. 7.
     
    Leroy Browne will have his case heard on Jan. 17 when his case for Shop Breaking and Larceny will be heard.
     
    Finally, Ramie Gumbs, Jamal Parris, Karim Dickenson and Devon Wattley will appear before the court to have their case heard on several counts of Robbery, Assault and Having a Fire Arm in Possession with Intent to Endanger Life.  Their cases will be heard on Feb. 5.
