    George Henderson.
"I do not believe that your intentions were to enter the building and steal because nothing was reported stolen, however, I will charge you for your stupidity."

Those were the words of His Lordship Francis Belle to George Henderson who was charged with building-breaking with intent.

The incident occurred on Jan. 29, 2006 at Jaro Electronics where Henderson was an employee at the time.

Henderson pleaded guilty to the charge and told the court that he did not break in with the intention to steal.

He said that he broke into the building with the intentions of retrieving his wallet which he forgot there some days before.

When asked why he did not contact one of the managers to assist him with getting his wallet, he said he went to one of the bosses home who lives next to him but said she was not home at the time.

"I couldnt wait any longer because I was hungry bad and I did not have any more money," he said.

The judge then made his comment and fined him $1,800 to be paid in six months default twelve months in prison.

Henderson then thanked his Lordship for his mercy and for not sending him to jail.~~adz:Left~~
