On Tuesday 16^th January 2007, the following persons were arrested and charge for various offences:

1.     Leon Griffin of Molyneaux, for the offence of Wounding, which was committe4d on 14/1/07.

2.     Wycliffe McIntosh of Bourkes Housing Project, for the offence of Indecent Assault, which was committed On Tuesday 16^th January 2007, the following persons were arrested and charge for various offences:

1.     Leon Griffin of Molyneaux, for the offence of Wounding, which was committe4d on 14/1/07.

2.     Wycliffe McIntosh of Bourkes Housing Project, for the offence of Indecent Assault, which was committed on 10/1/07.

On Tuesday 16^th January 2007, at the Basseterre Magistrate's Court, Jermaine Merritt of Malone Avenue who was charged with the offence of Found in Dwelling House for Unlawful Purpose, namely to Steal was convicted and sentenced to three (3) months imprisonment.~~adz:Right~~

Also, at the Charlestown Magistrate's Court, the following persons were convicted and sentenced accordingly:

1.     Cesian Williams of Fountain Village who was charged with the offence of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting, which was committed on 5/11/06, was convicted and fined $500.00 to be paid in three (3) months or in default he would serve one (1) month in prison.

2.     Colin Brazier of Government Road who was charged with the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 12/9/06, was convicted and fined $800.00 to be paid in three (3) or in default he would serve one (1) month in prison.

3.     James Green of Brown Pasture who was charged with the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 27/8/06, was convicted and fined $800.00 to be paid in three (3) months or in default he would serve one (1) month in prison.
