BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (JANUARY 21, 2007) - Oswald Fraser of Stoney Grove, Nevis, is the winner of an all expenses paid trip for himself and a companion to witness the finals of the Digicel Caribbean Cup in Trinidad & Tobago on Tuesday January 23 when Trinidad & Tobago square off with Haiti to determine Caribbean Football supremacy.
Fraser automatically entered for the draw to win the Digicel Caribbean Cup trip when he purchased a Motorola phone during the period of the promotion. His name was randomly selected from the bank of registrations that were received during the period and was announced live on Ronnie Rascal's show on ZIZ Radio from popular karaoke bar, Sugars, last Saturday evening.
Latoya Liburd and Tessa Liddie were announced as second and third place winners respectively, while Andrew Woodley won a Motorola V555 on the spot prize giveaway at Sugars. Liburd received a complimentary phone with $1,000 call credit, and a party for 20 of her friends to see the finals live in a closed circuit broadcast also at Sugar's Tuesday evening at 5pm. Liddie won herself a complimentary phone with $500 call credit, and a jersey signed by the team that is crowned the Digicel Caribbean Cup Champions.
