(Basseterre; St. Kitts): As funny as his name may sound, Ian Bradshaw a.k.a. Tuna Puna of St. Paul's is currently going through the seriousness of a court case.

At present, a 20-year-old by the name of Sylvester Kelly also of St. Paul's Village is on trial for wounding Bradshaw.

According to the evidence brought before the court, the prosecution alleges that Kelly wounded Bradshaw with a machete on December 14, 2004.~~adz:Right~~

On the said date, Bradshaw was at Richard's shop in St. Paul's located on the Main Road.  He was there with some friends drinking a beer when the incident occurred.

A number of witnesses have already testified and the defense, led by lawyer Hesketh Benjamin will present its case shortly.

A verdict by the jurors is expected quickly.
