A section of the Dr. William Connor Primary School.
    (Basseterre; St. Kitts):
On Monday Jan. 22 students and teachers of the Dr. William Connor Primary School returned to a vandalized school.

According to Principal Anthony Wiltshire, the school was left secured on Friday 19 and upon returning the following Monday they found that classes 4A1, 4A2 and 5A2 had been broken into and also the teachers' desks.  ~~adz:Right~~

He added that a number of books and papers were scattered on the floors and that grade 4A2 was smeared with filth on the black board, on the books and on the teacher's guide and furniture.

The children of those classes were traumatized he said.  He also said that only about four dollars in coins had been missing.

Wiltshire said that the school has a watchman but he comes in at six in the evening and he thinks that these acts were committed on the weekend during the day when no one was there.
Some happy students of the Dr. William Connor Primary School.
