Following the Internet service outage during the last week in January, Cable & Wireless is pleased to announce a compensatory discount to customers whose service was affected.
Consequently, all Xnet residential customers in St. Kitts will be given a $25 credit on their next bill.
Meanwhile business customers will be refunded the equivalent of 1 month's Xnet service charge while DIA business customers will receive 50% off the DIA monthly service charge.
Cable & Wireless Xnet and DIA customers in Nevis were not affected.
