    (Basseterre; St. Kitts):
It was just last October, 2006 when Chaddin Buchanan was freed after being incarcerated for 8 months in prison for robbery.

At the time of his preliminary inquiry the magistrate unknowingly had tried Buchanan as an adult and not as a juvenile, which he was at the time.

Finally, after eight months of being behind bars, his lawyer, former Crown Counsel and Magistrate in St. Vincent, Reginald W. James was able to have his client's case heard before His Lordship Francis Belle who quashed an indictment from the Director of Public Prosecution to retry Buchanan's case.

Before Buchanan was set free, His Lordship Belle told him to take the opportunity to behave himself otherwise he is going to end up in serious trouble.

"Take the possibility that you might even lose your life seriously, and don't get into anymore trouble," the judge had told him.

But once again, Buchanan has gotten himself into more trouble even though he had told SKNVibes.com at the time of his release that he would try and stay out of trouble.

"A lot of things happening now and I don't want to get into anything, because these times are serious," Buchanan had said at that time.

However, last Monday, March, 24; a worker of Delisle Walwyn located on Liverpool Row, was taken to the hospital after collapsing inside First Caribbean Bank.

Karen Tyson collapsed a few minutes after she was robbed while in the process of making a deposit in the Depository near the bank's entrance at The Circus.

Sources told SKNVibes.com that a young man dressed in a black shirt, blue jeans, and a white shirt over his head, approached Tyson and pulled a bag containing the deposit away from her and ran away through the bank's parking lot.

A few moments after, the young man was apprehended by Defense Force personnel and the culprit turned out to be Buchanan.

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, Buchanan of Farm's Road, Sandy Point was charged with the offence of "Robbery'.

Dr. Jones concluded in his findings, that death was due to multiple gunshot wounds with hemorrhage and shock.

The press release continued& as police continue their investigations into the shooting death of Nigel Henry alias 'Daffy" of Molyneaux, six persons of the Molyneaux and Phillips' areas are in police custody assisting with the investigations.

The police are once again asking persons who may have information which could assist in this investigation to contact the Tabernacle Police Station at 465-7227 or the Criminal Investigations Department at 465-2241 Ext 230 / 236 and can do so anonymously.
