Shawn Phillip alias Handsome of Caunt Street, Newtown
Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday 27th March 2007 at Manchester Avenue, Basseterre where an adult male discharged a firearm at a resident of the area. No one was injured in the incident.
A warrant is in existence for the arrest of Shawn Phillip alias "Handsome" of Caunt Street, Newtown in relation to this incident and he is being sought after by the police.
Phillip is described as being approximately 5' 8" in height, dark in complexion, long faced, and slim bodied with an amputated right index finger.
