The following persons were charged with offences on 1^st May 2007;

·         Gregory Sweeney of Frigate Bay was charged with the offences of "Driving without Insurance", "Driving without a valid license" and "Taking a motor vehicle without the owner's consent". The offences were committed on 1^st May 2007 at Frigate Bay.

·         Five (5) female juveniles of the McKnight area were charged with the offence of "Wounding" committed on 28^th April 2007 at Basseterre

·         Jerren Hanley of St. Peters was charged with the offence of "Driving without Insurance" committed on 1^st May 2007 at Basseterre.

·         James Henry and Delvin Lawrence of Mansion Village were charged with the offences of "Possession of a Controlled Drug" to wit cannabis and "Carrying abroad an offensive weapon" committed on 1^st May 2007 at Cayon Village.~~adz:Right~~

·         Jermel Jules of Willets Project, St. Pauls Village, was charged with the offence of "Shop Breaking and Larceny" committed between 9^th and 10^th January 2007 at St. Pauls.

On 1^st May 2007 at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court, Elvis "Darky" Maynard of Rawlins Avenue, St. Pauls was convicted on a charge of "Aggravated Assault" which occurred on 19^th November 2006. Maynard pleaded guilty to the charge and was subsequently convicted, reprimanded and discharged by Her Worship Mrs. Jenkins.
